Jan, 2022 - Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the continued risk, especially to older generations and those with compromised health conditions, your COA Board of Directors has determined it continues to be unsafe and unwise to attempt holding a COA General Meeting until conditions significantly improve. Since the CC&Rs require approval of a majority of the members to modify the Operating Budget, that Budget approved at the 2019 General Meeting continues to be in effect. Please Vaccinate, Mask-Up and maintain "Social Distancing" to protect those around you.
